Chat Support Services

If you are feeling down, going through a hard time, or just need to talk, you are not alone.

Our chat line provides free, confidential support for non-crisis issues. Operators for the chat line will provide real-time live chat support, as well as referrals to agencies and providers including telephone support (if requested).

The Chat Line is available from 9:00am to 7:00pm cst., Monday through Saturday, and is closed on holidays. All chats are confidential. To connect with an operator, click on the chat button on the lower right side of the screen.

Group Support

Our groups are conducted using a peer-to-peer support model and are not intended for those experiencing a mental health crisis. Please reach out to the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (1-800-273-8255) if you are in need of crisis support.

What to Expect

Our groups are 60 minutes (1 hour) in length. The first ~15 minutes is providing information, education, and establishing group guidelines. The next ~45 minutes is “talk time,” in which group members share and talk with each other. Group members must be present for the group guidelines before joining in the discussion or “talk time.”
